Holly Bach

Holly is a wife, mom, and real estate professional with Keller Williams who is passionate about helping people navigate big life moments with clarity and confidence. She believes real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes - it’s about guiding people into their next chapter with intention and peace of mind.

But some of the most meaningful impact in Holly’s life over the past year hasn’t come from her business - it’s come from community.

After being introduced to Our Gathering Table about a year and a half ago, Holly stepped into something she didn’t fully realize she needed. What started as showing up turned into real friendships - coffee meetups, lunches, double dates, and genuine relationships with incredible women who have become a meaningful part of her life.

Rooted in her faith, Holly deeply values the kind of connection that Our Gathering Table and Gathering Table Ministries fosters and believes it plays a vital role in how women show up in their homes, families, and communities. Serving on the board is her way of giving back to a ministry that has given her so much, and helping create space for other women to find the same life-giving community.

Marisa Bejarano

Marisa Bejarano is a strategic finance and operations leader and currently serves as Chief of Staff and Finance Operations leader to the CFO of the Networking Business Unit at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, following HPE’s acquisition of Juniper Networks in 2025. In her role she helps drive business alignment, operational excellence, finance transformation, and strategic execution across the organization, while also supporting executive communications and leadership effectiveness.

Marisa joined Juniper in 2013 to lead executive communications for the CFO and went on to support senior leaders across the company, including the CIO and the founder, before moving into Finance and Operations as Chief of Staff. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation for connecting strategy to action, fostering engaged cultures, and helping organizations operate with clarity and purpose. She is especially passionate about building strong teams and meaningful workplace communities, having helped lead employee engagement efforts that earned top company-wide results over multiple years.

Felicia Carter

Felicia Carter is a real estate performance coach, speaker, and leader based in Franklin, Tennessee, and has called the greater Nashville area home for over three decades. She is known for helping real estate agents across the country build consistent, scalable businesses through intentional lead generation and confident, relationship-driven conversion.

At her core, Felicia is driven by a calling to use her life, her voice, and her story to help others step fully into who they are created and called to be. She believes confidence is not something you wait for—it’s something you choose to walk in. She also believes our stories are one of the greatest gifts we’ve ever been given—and one of the most powerful gifts we have to offer others. Through both her work and her life, she champions the power of connection, knowing that when people are truly seen and known, everything begins to change.
Felicia’s story is one of resilience, faith, and perseverance. From navigating significant personal challenges to walking through seasons that required deep strength and trust in God, she has learned what it means to keep showing up, to keep growing, and to keep moving forward. While she lives with a rare condition, Marshall Syndrome, and has undergone numerous surgeries throughout her life, that is only one part of a much bigger story—one marked by grit, purpose, and a decision to live fully in spite of obstacles.

With a background in high-level inside sales and coaching, Felicia brings both strategy and conviction to everything she does. She equips others with practical tools, but more importantly, she helps them shift how they see themselves—because she knows identity drives performance.

Her foundation in ministry and years of serving in faith-based environments have shaped a deep commitment to people, purpose, and transformation. Through her leadership with Our Gathering Table, Felicia has helped create spaces where women move from isolation into authentic, life-giving community—where they are seen, known, and invited into something greater.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Felicia brings both strategic clarity and a shepherd’s heart. She is deeply committed to creating environments where women encounter truth, build meaningful relationships, and experience lasting life change.

Whether speaking to a room or connecting one-on-one, Felicia is known for her ability to see the gold in others and call it forward—often before they see it in themselves. Outside of her work, she loves supporting local coffee shops, working out with her personal trainer, and spending time with her people.
